The MD 110 photometers are a new series of photometers replacing the older MD 100. They also operate to the DPD colometric standard.
MD 110 Photometers Compared to previous MD 100 photometers, the MD 100 has many new and improved features. The photometer measures the amount of light passing sequentially through a water sample coloured with a suitable tablet and then through an optical filter. The amount of light passing through is measured by the measuring module and compared with the raw water sample used for zero calibration of the photometer. The darker the colour of the sample, the less light will pass through it.
The MD110 photometer has integrated Bluetooth functionality. The AquaLX app is the ideal complement to the Lovibond photometer. Measurement results are transmitted via Bluetooth for quick evaluation or administration on smartphones or tablets. The app supports data export as an Excel-compatible CSV file.
