Automatic measuring and control station for swimming pools WDPHRH EMEC Chlor
- Designed for chlorine water treatment in private pools and spa tubs up to 150 m3
- Water parameters are measured by analogue measuring systems and are then digitally processed by a microprocessor. Other regulatory and monitoring tasks are also performed by the microprocessor.
- The station has a large LCD display with clearly visible digits for pH and chlorine measurement values.
- The controller's menu, operated by means of a push-button knob, has many functions that are useful in everyday use, especially for small, old or unusual pools.
- The standard type of control is proportional control of the dosing pulse frequency (changing the dosing frequency of the pulse pumps). In addition, a two-position control mode (On/Off) can be selected. In this mode, it is also possible to program a single pump stroke every repeated number of minutes. This is a useful function in small or unusual pools where good water mixing is a common problem.
- The WDPHRH can only be ordered with two identical diaphragm pumps with a capacity of 10 l/h at 3 bar. Due to the pulse control of the pumps, the station can be used for both large and small pools (spa baths).
- The pumps are fitted with durable electromagnetic drives that do not contain parts subject to rapid wear. The main parts of the pump which come into contact with the substances to be dosed, such as the pump head, foot valve with level sensor and dosing valve, are made of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and the diaphragm is made of Teflon (PTFE). These materials are highly resistant to aggressive substances and ensure a long service life for the pumps.
- The controller has a Stand-By function that allows the controller to be taken out of operation by another device, such as a pressure sensor or water circulation pump. Once the controller is put on standby, control functions and metering are stopped. This is necessary if the metering water is drawn from the pool by gravity and, even when the circulation pump is switched off, water flows through the metering vessel. Only an additional interlock signal activates the stand-by function and causes dosing to be switched off.
- The pH and redox electrodes are housed in an acrylic NPED4 measuring vessel, which also contains a flow sensor
Features of the EMEC WDPHRH pool metering station
- Compact design on a board measuring 430 x 470 mm.
- The simple and clear menu in Polish and operation via a single push-button knob do not require any special skills.
- Password-protected menu access.
- Selectable proportional dosing pulse frequency control or two-position control (On/Off) - in this mode, a single pump stroke can also be programmed every repetitiven umber of minutes (a function useful, for example, in spa baths and small pools).
- Dosage delay (adjustment) can be programmed to obtain correct electrode polarity and stable measurement values after the station is switched off and on again.
- Possibility of selecting the dosing priority of the pH corrector, i.e. before the setpoint is reached pH setpoint, chlorine dosing is stopped.
- Possibility to switch off dosing pumps programmatically or to switch them on manually for a preset period of time - a useful function for station start-up and venting of dosing pumps.
- Station alarms - no water flow, maximum dosing (control) time, liquid level in containers and pH and redox probe alarm (failure).
- The dosing pumps are fitted as standard with level sensors for the dosed substances in the containers.
- A measuring water filter with a cleaning capacity of 60 μm prevents contamination of the electrodes.

Pan Paweł i Marcin też skarbnica wiedzy technologii basenowej. Dobre ceny. Polecam firmę i pozdrawiam zespół POOLSYSTEM
Jak budujesz basen to to miejsce jest dla ciebie, osprzęt, doradztwo i miła obsługa.
