Return Conditions:

The product was purchased either as a private individual or as a sole proprietorship (the purchase is not related to the business profile)

Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of shipment

Who bears the cost of return?
As the Buyer, you are responsible for preparing the merchandise for shipment and covering the shipping costs to our store. However, our store will refund the shipping costs incurred by you when placing the order (excluding additional services, such as cash-on-delivery fees).

How long does it take to get the funds back?
After verifying the returned product, the refund is promptly processed by our accounting department, typically taking 24-48 hours.

If you have received a product that you believe is not in accordance with the agreement, i.e., the product does not work, does not look like the picture, or has stopped working, please read a few of our guidelines and fill out the form below this will significantly expedite the procedure.

How long does it take to process a complaint?
We review each submission as quickly as possible, and if we need additional information, we will contact you. Please be patient, as sometimes we require more time to gather information from the product manufacturer.

Who bears the cost of delivering the claim?
After filling out the form, we will review the issue and determine if shipping is necessary. If so, we will arrange for a courier at a convenient time for you, at our expense.

Can I return a defective product?
If you are not satisfied with the product, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving the shipment, please use the Return Form in that case.
