Concentrates are dissolved in buckets of water to pour over the stones in the sauna. Approximately 4-5 liters of cold water and a few caps of concentrate are poured into the bucket (depending on the expected effect). When the scent changes, rinse the bucket with hot water to remove any remnants of the previous smell.
Do not use large amounts of concentrate. Overdosing may cause discomfort and headache.
