All contaminants are collected in a filter basket, which is easily accessible from above and can be repeatedly rinsed under running water.
This makes it possible to collect large debris, e.g.: leaves during spring cleaning of swimming pools, as well as smaller debris with a size of more than 100 µm.
An ultra-fine cartridge filter basket is available as an option. The cartridge filter cartridges used here retain the finest contaminants in the order of 50 µm.
The Dolphin M550 automatic pool cleaner is equipped with a microprocessor-based control and diagnostic system with software that ensures reliable scanning of the entire pool bottom and walls during the operating cycle. The cleaner works fully automatically in pools of all sizes and shapes, including pools that have shallow surfaces, and can perfectly cope with the embossing on the walls of polyester pools.
The Dolphin M550 pool cleaner has twin active brushes. These adapt to the surface of the pool and easily scrape away any debris. The M550 uses advanced technology and provides the best cleaning performance.
In addition, it is equipped with a 'pick me up' function that avoids dragging the cleaner by the cable.

W roku 2016 firma Maytronics wprowadziła na polski rynek nową rodzinę prywatnych odkurzaczy S - SERIES. Wszystkie odkurzacze z tej serii przeznaczone są do czyszczenia dna i ścian basenów, są lekkie oraz proste w obsłudze i konserwacji. Odkurzacze te stały się przebojem na wielu światowych rynkach.
W odkurzaczach zastosowano unikalny system sterowania PowerStream, który za pomocą obrotowej kierownicy i strumienia wody zapewnia zwroty odkurzaczy na dnie basenu oraz przesuwanie się po linii wodnej. W tym roku udoskonalono konstrukcję tych odkurzaczy wprowadzając wiele poprawek.

I tak odkurzacz Supreme M3 to teraz M200, Supreme M4 PRO nazywa się M400, a Supreme M5 to obecnie M500. Konstrukcja tych odkurzaczy także została udoskonalona zapewniając dłuższą bezawaryjną pracę.
W przypadku basenów publicznych nowością jest odkurzacz Dolphin W20 służący do czyszczenia basenów o minimalnej głębokości 0,2 m oraz odkurzacz Wave 200 przeznaczony do czyszczenia basenów o długości do 33 m. W odkurzaczu tym zastosowano unikalny cyklonowy system filtracji z dodatkowym filtrem kartuszowym.
