CONCEPT PLUS is a compact unit that is very suitable for use in swimming pool installations for the dosing of chemicals.
The dosing capacity can be infinitely adjusted by varying the stroke length of the diaphragm in the range 10-100%, as well as by a 4-stage adjustment of the dosing frequency. In this way, an adjustment range of 1:40 is achieved. In addition to manual adjustment of the dosing frequency, the pump can also be controlled by external pulse signals.

In a diaphragm pump, the process of pumping the fluid is based on the movement of the diaphragms mounted in the pump. Therefore, when one diaphragm pumps the medium, the other diaphragm pulls it in at the same time. To ensure that the material only moves in one direction, ball check valves are used.
