Which pump you choose depends on the size of your pool and your budget. In this matter, however, it's not worth saving money, as only high-grade equipment will allow many years of trouble-free operation. When choosing a pump, there are several factors to consider. First of all, you need to look at its performance. The second parameter is the quality of manufacture and durability. The pump will be in operation for a long time, so it's important that it's made up of good quality components and is suitable for swimming pool water, which has its own characteristics.
As you already know, a suitable pump should filter all the water from the tank within 6 hours. How do you calculate the required capacity? It is very simple. We will demonstrate with the example of a 28 000 L swimming pool. We assume that 1,000 L equals 1 m3 of water.

28 m3 / 6 h = 4,(6) m3/h
Oznaczałoby to, że potrzebowalibyśmy pompę o wydajności 5 m3/h. Warto jednak dobrać pompę z tzw. zapasem, czyli mocniejszą niż wynika to z obliczeń. Dzięki temu filtracja będzie efektywniejsza. Dlatego dla basenu o objętości 28 m3 najlepszym wyborem byłaby pompa o wydajności 6 m3/h.
W przypadku mniejszych basenów np. 9000 L obliczenia wyglądałyby następująco:
9m3 / 6 h = 1,5 m3/h

The pump must be installed between the water intake point and the filter and inflow nozzle. In the case of professional pools, installation should be carried out by qualified personnel. In accordance with the "art", the fitter must have knowledge of hydraulics and electrics.
