Automatic measuring and control station for swimming pools Bayrol ANALYT 3
- The Bayrol Analyt 3 measuring and regulating station is a professional device for the continuous measurement and regulation of the pH value and free chlorine content of pool water, as well as for measuring the redox reduction-oxidation potential and water temperature. The station is not equipped with dosing pumps.
- Analyt 3 meets the requirements of many European standards for stations used in public swimming pools, including the German DIN 19 643 standard.
- The latest version of the station has updated software so that it can now manage multiple pool devices, the context menu has been significantly expanded and a more precise measurement of free chlorine has been introduced using the potentiometric method.
- The station's components are covered by two protective covers to prevent dirt and accidental damage to its components.
- Made of acrylic, the two measuring vessels allow the installation of pH, redox and free chlorine electrodes, enable the flow of the measuring water to be regulated with a rotameter and the water to be drawn for testing.
- Touchscreen - The Analyt 3 represents a new generation of measurement and control devices equipped with a large TFT touchscreen which, together with a clear menu structure, ensures simple and intuitive operation. All indications and messages are presented on the large display. By lightly touching the screen surface with a finger, all menu items can be accessed and settings changed. An energy-saving mode switches off the display after a preset time.
- Each menu item has an accompanying context-sensitive help text accessible via the Help button. In most cases, the help text is sufficient and referring to the user manual is unnecessary.
- The menu is available on four levels: User/Customer (levels 1 and 2), Service (level 3) and Boss (level 4). Each menu level is protected by an entered password. This prevents unauthorised changes from being made.
- The remaining functions (Menu, Esc, Home and Mode) can be accessed at any time by pressing the corresponding button.
- The Mode button allows direct access to the mode menu for quick and easy switching off/on of various functions (pH and chlorine control, operation of the filter pump, coagulant pump and other devices connected to the universal relay outputs).
- When the station is switched on for the first time, the menu item "Initial start-up" is activated, which allows step-by-step entry of the pool parameters and controller settings even by unskilled persons.
- Event log - the station processor records the last 500 relevant events such as station switch-on/off, calibrations, alarms, parameter changes, remote access, etc. in a log. All records show the date and time of the event and the user. This makes it possible to analyse the operation of the pool plant and any abnormalities that occur.
- Graphical presentation of values - all measurement values (pH, free chlorine, redox and temperature) can be presented graphically. The graphics also take into account exceptional events, such as alarms or station activations/deactivations.
- The zoom function allows the measurement values to be presented over different time periods: 1/4/12/24 hours or over 1 week. Several graphs showing the measured values can be shown on the screen at the same time.
- Measurement graphs can be copied as a 'pdf' file locally via the USB port as well as remotely via the internet to another computer or smartphone.
- Control of dosing pumps - the Analyt 3 station allows the control of different types of peristaltic and diaphragm pumps by means of fixed (on/off) or pulse control. In this case, the maximum number of pump pulses (diaphragm strokes) is 240/min.
- Universal relay (switch) outputs - the station has four independent relay outputs, which enable, after programming, time control (on/off) of various devices such as a filter pump, coagulant pump, salt electrolyser, control of pool water heating by means of a water heater or solar panels (solar panels). It is possible to connect a filter pump with variable capacity achieved by varying the pump speed. This makes the use of additional controllers unnecessary.
- Remote access from the local network or the Internet - Analyt 3 offers comprehensive remote control capabilities from the local network (TCP/IP, Ethernet) or the Internet. The graphical interface is based entirely on the latest standards of web technology (Web). The user interface is clear and looks and works exactly the same as when operating the Analyt 3 station locally. Remote access can be enabled for one or multiple users selected in the 'User Management' menu. To enable remote access, a username and password must be assigned to the relevant users.
- Virtually all devices and systems can be used to remotely access Analyt stations, as long as they work with a standard web browser, such as PCs (desktops and laptops) with Microsoft Windows® and Linux operating systems, Apple iMac® or MacBook® computers, Apple iPhone® and Google Android® and Windows® smartphones, Apple iPad ® and Google Android tablets.
- The building management systems (BMS) currently in use can be used to remotely access Analyt 3 stations provided they have the ability to run a modern standard web browser.
- Measuring probes - the station is equipped with precision measuring systems with probes for pH, free chlorine, redox potential and temperature. The Analyt 3 station uses a potentiometric free chlorine probe, which now consists of 3 electrodes - two standard redox electrodes and a third gold electrode.
- The gold electrode is a self-cleaning electrode and requires no maintenance, as this is ensured by rotating blue glass beads. The potentiometric free chlorine measurement method used provides a much more precise measurement than the amperometric free chlorine probe used previously.
- A pre-filter is used as standard equipment and guarantees the flow of clean water through the pH/redox and chlorine measuring vessels.
Additional options to extend the functions of the installed station:
- Current outputs 0/4 - 20 mA (4 pcs.) enable direct connection of the station to a recorder and other devices after purchase of the converter. It is possible to output all measurement values.
- The two-way pH control module allows simultaneous dosing of pH-Minus and pH-Plus.

Each station is supplied in a cardboard box containing all the materials needed to assemble the station:

- taps with ½" taps for tap water connection,
