Designed for oxygen-based water treatment in private pools and spa tubs up to 150 m3
PoolManager oxygen ensures particularly healthy pool water without the specific smell of chlorine. The station automatically measures and adjusts the pH and dispenses active oxygen to disinfect the water.
It is possible to switch from oxygen to chlorine and vice versa during operation, but this requires the fitting of a suitable replacement kit.
The Poolmanager Oxygen station is also equipped with a proportional controller that controls only the peristaltic pump of the pH corrector as described above. For the active oxygen pump, on the other hand, it is possible to program dosing on every (or selected) day of the week, or dosing only on one day of the week. In this case, supplementary dosing every 1/3 of the week can additionally be activated. The last dosing method is particularly recommended together with the use of active oxygen called BayroSoft by Bayrol.
Each dosage of active oxygen can be temperature-compensated, i.e. the dosage amount is automatically increased as the pool water temperature rises.
The PoolManager Oxygen station has two peristaltic pumps - for dosing pH corrector with a capacity of 0.9 l/h and for dosing active oxygen with a capacity of 6.0 l/h.
The PoolManager station has a compact design with a small footprint for installation in very small rooms. The station's components are covered by a protective cover to prevent dirt and accidental damage. The measuring cell is illuminated with a blue LED for easy monitoring of water flow in low light conditions.
The station is equipped with a large touchscreen which, together with a logical menu structure, ensures simple and intuitive operation. All indications and messages are clearly presented on the large 5.7" display. By lightly touching the screen surface with a finger, all menu items can be accessed and settings changed. Each menu item has a context-sensitive help text accessible via the Help button. In most cases, the help text is sufficient and referring to the operating instructions is unnecessary. A save mode switches off the display after a preset time.
A logical menu structure on two levels (customer/user and service) ensures quick navigation and intuitive operation. When the station is switched on for the first time, the "First start-up" menu item is activated, which enables step-by-step entry of pool parameters and controller settings even by unskilled persons.
The station's processor records all relevant events such as switch-on/switch-off, calibrations, alarms, parameter changes or resets in a logbook with date and time. This makes it possible to analyse the workflow of the pool plant and any abnormalities that occur.
The station has two independent outputs of universal switches which, after appropriate programming, allow the time control (on/off) of other devices, such as the water circulation pump, coagulant pump, lighting or water attractions. This makes the use of additional controllers unnecessary.
The PoolManager station has an open CAN-bus interface, which allows other devices compatible with this standard to be connected in the future. The station also has RS 232 and RS 485 interfaces, allowing multiple network variants to be realised, as well as communication with a PC.
The station is equipped with a pH measuring electrode and temperature sensor.
A pre-filter is used as standard equipment and guarantees the flow of clean water through the measuring vessel.

Additional options to extend the functions of the installed station:

The PM4comm communication software allows data transfer between the station and a computer equipped with the Windows operating system. As a result, it is possible to present all operating parameters and settings on the PC screen, change them and delete alarms. The software allows multiple stations to be controlled via a PC.
The 0/4 - 20 mA current outputs enable direct connection of the station to a recorder and other devices after purchase of the converter. It is possible to output all measurement values.
PoolConnect is a module allowing full data exchange between the PoolManager station and a mobile phone via text messages (SMS). As a result, it is possible to remotely read measurement values, alarms, delete alarms and modify station settings from anywhere using a mobile phone.
Each station can be supplemented at any time with a Flockmatic coagulant peristaltic pump with a capacity of 10 ml/h. This ensures that even the smallest dirt particles are retained on the filter and the pool water is crystal clear
